Radhika Prabhakar, Esq, AIGP, CIPP/US
Founder & Managing Attorney
Radhika Prabhakar founded Locus Legal Solutions to provide senior legal counsel to technology companies without the overhead of a full-time hire. She brings well over a decade of global experience spanning multiple practice areas, including technology transactions and AI law. She routinely works with technology clients of all sizes and stages, building the legal infrastructure that lets them operate and scale.
Her practice covers the full commercial legal stack. She negotiates technology and commercial agreements end-to-end: MSAs, SaaS agreements, DPAs, IP licensing, and vendor contracts. She builds the contract playbooks and fallback frameworks that help business teams move faster without creating legal risk. On the privacy side, she designs compliance programs from the ground up, from data flow mapping through regulatory implementation under GDPR, CCPA, and emerging state frameworks.
Radhika started her legal career in BigLaw, where she was trained on complex cross-border disputes and high-stakes contractual matters. She subsequently held legal roles at Credit Suisse and a boutique IP/Technology law firm in Singapore, before founding Locus Legal Solutions.
Radhika is licensed in Washington State and holds AIGP and CIPP/US certifications. She has held multiple leadership positions in the legal community and currently serves as Secretary of the WSBA Corporate Counsel Section Executive Committee, a role that keeps her closely connected to the in-house counsel community across Washington State.
